We are looking for a talented Marketing & Social Media Manager to join the Smartify team

Who are we?
The Smartify app is a digital guide to the world's museums, culture and heritage. Users can scan and identify artworks, watch tours and videos, and buy art-inspired gifts. As a social enterprise, we help museums to inspire, educate and entertain their audiences both in- and outside their walls.
Since launching in 2017 Smartify contains over 2 million artworks, 300+ museums and over 2.5 million users. The app has been featured in The Guardian, Forbes, New Scientist etc. and has won numerous awards including three Webby Awards.
We are a small team from all over the world (based in London, Amsterdam, Athens, Paris, Washington DC and more) and we are always committed to cultivating a company that embraces differences.
About the role:
Smartify has grown organically to become the world’s leading technology platform for the arts and culture. And now, with new features launching such as a Marketplace and Video On Demand, we need a talented all-round Marketing & Media Officer that will help us to create and deliver effective communication strategies across all of our social media platforms.
You will be responsible for growing our social networks and generating more traffic to our platforms. This includes creating and running paid media campaigns, the day-to-day social media channels, display ads & community management. We need someone who is able to design and create simple content (for example with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite).
Your day to day activities will be:
Run paid media campaigns
Schedule post based on the social media calendar
Design and create images and videos for social media
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyse competitor activity
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Required experience:
Graphic design
Facebook campaign manager
Facebook creator studio
YouTube studio
SEO & SEA
Creative writing
Display ads
Adobe Suite
Social media management
Community management
Experience with press campaigns
Enthusiasm for art and culture
Salary range
33k to 42k a year
